Reception for delegates’ arrival (Viennese pastries or Champagne, depending on time of day) - no extra charge
Large meeting room and standard equipment (1 videoprojector, 1 screen and 1 flip-chart, Notepads, pencils, mineral water, sweets...)
2 coffee breaks, one morning and one afternoon (coffee, tea and fruit juice with Viennese pastries and other confectionery)
